What is included in a complete timepiece service?
During a full service, our watchmakers work on cleaning all components. The components are then re-assembled, lubricated and all functions are tested, regulated and sealed back into the ultrasonically cleaned case.

Once we receive your watch for repair, a member of staff from Calibre 88 will send you a tracking number and you will be able to track the progress of your repair here.

The battery replacement can take between 2 to 5 working days.

How many years of warranty do I receive with a purchase?

Cartier Care — Cartier
Cartier introduced Cartier Care offering a seamless and personalized 360 degree care program along with introduction of an 8 year warranty on its timepieces. You can request a warranty extension under Cartier Care as long as your initial two-year Cartier International warranty is still valid. Pam.Guard - Panerai
Panerai offers an 8 year warranty on its timepieces under Pam.Guard program. The warranty extension program is also applicable to the timepieces covered under the original international warranty at the time of registration. Care Program — Jaeger-LeCoultre
Jaeger-LeCoultre offers an 8 year warranty across all clocks and timepieces for the clients enrolling in their care program.
