Baume & Mercier Unveils Bold New Riviera Chronographs at Watches & Wonders 2025
A Chronograph of Contrasts
The Riviera 10827 pays homage to 1950s design, featuring a striking black and white dial. The white wave-patterned dial is complemented by black snailed counters and a black outer flange, creating a harmonious yet bold contrast. Housed in a 41mm stainless steel case, this timepiece is powered by an automatic movement offering a 48-hour power reserve. It is paired with a satin-finished stainless steel bracelet, enhancing its timeless appeal.
The Flyback Chronograph with Vintage Flair
Limited to just 73 pieces—a nod to the Riviera collection's launch year in 1973—the Riviera 10828 embodies the essence of a classic chronograph. Its gilded, vertically brushed dial exudes vintage charm, while the flyback function, along with telemeter and tachymeter scales, underscores its technical sophistication. This 41mm timepiece is powered by the automatic La Joux-Perret 8147 movement, providing a 42-hour power reserve, and is completed with a satin-finished stainless steel bracelet.
Day-Date Chronographs in 41mm
Building upon the existing 43mm models, the Riviera 10825 and 10826 introduce a more compact 41mm case with a thickness of 13.94mm. Both models feature a dodecagonal stainless steel case with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. The 10825 showcases a black sun satin-finished dial, while the 10826 offers a blue variant; both dials are adorned with snailed counters and minute tracks. These timepieces are equipped with an automatic movement boasting a 48-hour power reserve and are fitted with satin-finished stainless steel bracelets.
Baume & Mercier's latest offerings in the Riviera collection exemplify the brand's dedication to merging technical excellence with distinctive design, ensuring each moment is captured with precision and style.
